My complaint:
I ordered a 5260 inch solid cute Sisal Rope. Tracking LA32019 on May 6th I paid £15 .l have sent at least 12 messages to them .They are asking for item to be sent back ,how can I when I have not received it.I want a refund as it has gone on too long now.
