My complaint:

Two items I ordered on the Limited Quantity Deal ($1 item and postage) were charged at FULL COST plus postage costs with no prior warninginformation

The site says that if you are not the first person processed then you will be fully refunded.

I attempted to cancel the orders which was futile. The wish customer support bot is preloaded with responses. The actual customer service replies were not much better – copied and pasted and not giving any direct response but indicating I cannot cancel the orders. I asked for a refund which was also refused
