My complaint:

i have waited over 3 weeks for an item and have placed an order for over 6 items to arrive within the next month too. my first order ive waited over 3 weeks for just to get told on the day its supposed to arrive that it hasnt left china and is now pushed back two weeks. i am unable to get in contact with anyone to figure out the issues problems. im very concerned and frustrated

Suggested solution:

give me correct delivery dates, help me out with actual human to human interaction thru the phone not just use some bot computer and give me my money back or compensate me in a way. i feel like im being played with on an app that ive spent hundreds of dollars on.
