My complaint:
I have ordered masks months ago ! Due to covid 19 . I ordered them for my entire family. The oder date has been changed 3 times !
Masks a mandatory in my state . You can not go into and establishment or go to work with out one .I have replaced the masks from wish to keep from dieing, to keep my job,!
I want this order cancelled and my money returned emidately !
Thank you for nothing !!!.
Suggested solution:
Return my money immediately!
And an explanation on what the problem is before the do date and an option for the return of the monies if the order is unable to be completed on your part (wish) !
