Complaint: non delivery of 3 orders

My complaint:

I had ordered 4 items on 31.07.2020 which were paid in full, including shipping charges. Only 1 order has been delivered on 15 august. The other 3 orders are still pending inspite of status shown as arrived at oman hub. Now my question is why is it taking so long if it is already in oman. Do i wait or forget about them. This was my first transaction with wish but its sad it will be my last. You guys have good products. Shame, the service is not upto the mark. I have mentioned my pending order number below.

Suggested solution:

Track and deliver my orders. Some one in the dispatchdelivery section is not doing their job properly.
