My complaint:
Hey
My name is Kerryn.
Long time customer and will continue to be as I love your products.
HOWEVER
I did order boots on 22nd of November last year 2019 and did not receive them although I have paid for them
Started they were delivered on 6th December. This is not the case
I realise it’s Few months later but that is not the point.
I ordered goods in good faith I would receive them.
I have not been living at my address for a year and was having my children collect my mail and open it.
As I was checking through items I have recently ordered noticed these boots were not delivered.
Suggested solution:
I would either like the boots I have ordered to be delivered as requested
Or
I would like a full refund please
This has happened before but with small items like earrings so I let it go
Please make amends with this item
