My complaint:
Hi, I ordered a shower set around by the 5th of Feb and I received a text saying it was delivered on the 9th of Feb and that no one knocked because a signature wasn’t required. I’ve never needed anything signed and I was at home all day! I have ordered from Wish numerous of times and I have never not got my package, whether it was delivered to me on my mailbox because it’s in front of the managers office. Nobody has it. I have it until the 13th but reported it several times that day! I just want another shower set. I’ve ordered some things since then and I hope to get them but I really want my shower set. I really did not receive it, a refund would be good as well but I’ll just end up ordering the same item again because that’s what I really wanted. Is there any way I can get this item replaced? I need a resolution please and thank you
