My complaint:
I was looking at your boots and I picked out four pair so my son could choose the one pair he wanted I went and did my housework and my son called me and asked me what I spent $195 on I told him I didn’t and he said you better look at wish I did and I called to tell them to cancel the boots and the girl on the phone told me there was no way I could cancel the boots and I told her she better cancel them well she dent so when they came I returned them I went to the post office and they sent them back except for one pair the ones I really wanted so instead of $195 to be returned to me they owe me 156 and I have not got any solutions for this problem from your company so I am going to go through the better Business bureau and see if they can help me get this worked out I am dealing with a lot of stuff and cancer is one of them and I don’t need this aggravation on me so you should be hearing from the better Business bureau Claudia Smith

Just send me back 156 dollars and I will be okay I don't like dealing with this but it's a principal of the thing I did not order the boots somehow someone screwed up on your end I have sent the photos to you showing they were returned I have done everything in it but it could do and all I get is crap so I think it's time to start over with other people thank you hello honey I've already got a guy that took care of everything I'm all done thank you
