My complaint:
My order (6084beee561778cf53fc20b4) amount is not correct. It has three items that equal $5.89, plus shipping $4.80 plus 8.5% tax minus 5% promo discount should be $11.01……
Instead I was charged $18.54$14.76 shipping, plus $2.83 tax minus 5% promo which came to me being charged $35.20.
When you charge one price, then later on change the price after it’s been paid is called a bait-n-switch and is illegal.
I screen shot all my original receipts and you changed the price after the purchase was made. My original cost should have been $11.01 but after I completed my order and paid, you later charged a much higher amount
Even the e-mail you sent to let me know to pickup items has a receipt ing my correct price as well as incorrect charge.
You can’t change the price after purchase is made. It’s illegal.
Suggested solution:
Refund the difference....
