My complaint:
I have received one curtain for one order when curtains are supposed to contain two curtains to put up in a window I cannot access customer support and have told wish customer service this yet still I keep. Getting emails back saying to access customer support I have tried to do this the customer support does not load up even on the app! I’ve also just received a doll that I paid 14.00 for which looks like it’s come from the pound shop which when I bought it I assumed it was a good quality doll from the pictures not the flimsy thing I have received!
Suggested solution:
I want a refund for both items but have been trying to email them but just get stupid responses saying I have to access customer support when I have said it doesn't load up
