My complaint:

On 21.06.2020,goods were ordered and paid for via a Facebook ad.On 25.06.2020 @ 11.49 a.m,wish ref;(28886152) advised of delay.Despite repeated requests a refund hasn’t been paid me.Each time the matter is progressed,wish
require full details ‘To assist in replying’.AT 86 yrs’of age,with life threatening illness, neither time or energy to pursue the matter further.Five months should be ample time for a reputable firm to resolve this?
