My complaint:
The actual RAM size of the phone does not match order details, which is fraudulent! And the actual very small RAM size is the reason why the phone is working very slowly! (It takes 10 seconds to load a single email in Outlook, and I have reset the phone to factory settings multiple times and Outlook is the only app installed, and it still takes 10 seconds to load an email). The phone is not usable because it is too slow. The seller did not address the fraudulence (the discrepancy between the actual very small RAM size and the 16 G of RAM size in order details as advertised) at all. Also, please notice that the product ID for these 2 orders are no longer valid, which is another sign of fraudulence!
For context information, there are 125 Megabytes (MB) in 1 Gigabit (G), so that you can see that the actual RAM size in the attached picture is much much less than the 16 G as advertised.
The issue concerns 2 orders:

And Order ID: 61a2a05cab6c3e056adead34
Both order were placed on November 27, 2021.
Suggested solution:
Provide a full refund for these 2 orders.
