My complaint:

I never received the neck fan I ordered. They kept telling me to wait. 2 months later I told them I waited long enough. They had charged me $11.66 for the item. On 5-12-20 They refunded the shipping fee on 7-18-20, but not the item. They promised the refund. On July 26th, they said they would refund. I am still waiting and they have not answered my email.
