My complaint:

Wish are impossible to get hold of, apart from by email. It takes several hours, even days, for them to reply and when they do they do not answer specific questions. The response is always the same, viz: I’m sorry to hear of your experience on Wish and appreciate the feedback. We strive to provide the most delightful customer experience possible and we apologize for not meeting your expectations in this situation. I’ve passed your feedback to our team so they’re aware of your experience.
Thanks again for being a Wish customer and I hope we’re able to provide a much better experience with your next order.

I did not receive an item I ordered in April. I could not get an answer from Wish about an estimated delivery time or tracking information (see response above). In the end I had to go through Paypal to get a refund, even though I actually just wanted the item I had ordered.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

They should make sure they actually answer questions rather than sending out the same generic email message in response to everything. They should be more available (there should be a telephone number). They should delivery items on time.
