My complaint:
I ordered for a cell phone in may 2020 and paid Rs 4344-. Later on 29 may 2020 i cancelled the order before desoatch of item. The company informed me an amount of Rs 4344- is refundable and in process. They repeatedly saying in process but have not refunded till now.
Suggested solution:
By refunding Rs 4344-.
