Complaint: 4 Months and still no refund!

My complaint:

Ordered a RC car in May from Wish site. In June the tracking information stated it hadn’t left 1st China Post location, so I emailed customer service. They refunded my shipping and told me to wait till August. From then till now I have been told (8 times) refund has been given. 4 of those times they said it had been over 30 days and I was out of luck! Now I can’t even get a return email that’s not computer generated!
