My complaint:
Good afternoon, on Tuesday April 28, 2020. Wish advertise a special and state that I had ten minutes to purchase a V3004 VHF WIRELESS MICROPHONE SYSTEM WITH HANDHELD MIC DOUBLE- WAY CHANNEL DESIGN ANTI-INTERFERENCE for $ 0.50 for a total cost of $ 0. 79 after shipping and taxes. I paid for this item with my card on file at 9:06pm and the money was taken out of my account at 9:07pm. As you can see by looking at the times it didn’t take me ten minutes to perches this item.
On Wednesday April 29, 2020 Wish contacted me through their app stating. We’re so sorry! Unfortunately your purchase was not fully processed in time to get this item at this price. We were unable to fulfill this order and you will receive a full refund.
Suggested solution:
I feel that Wish should honor their advertising and give me this item at the price they advertise it at.
