My complaint:
on 3rd July i placed an order for £68.55 the payment was taken from my bank on the 3rd July. another payment was taken again today 15th July for £68.55.
the original order number is 5efedff079963808b1bcfba4.
in my opinion and my banks opinion this is fraudulent.
Suggested solution:
i would like the £68.55 put back into my bank account immediately please
