My complaint:
On 1 August, I transferred a total of BRL481.72, the equivalent to USD100. I created a virtual debit card and before I could start using the card, the account was deactivated without a detailed explanation as to why. The website informs me that the money have been refunded but that is not true as I have checked my bank account several times now.
Suggested solution:
refund my money to the account I have already sent them by email and one the appeal form.
