Wise complaint: Closed account waiting 80 days for refund

My complaint:

Wise closed my account on Sept 5th , the said they would refund my money after 15 days , then said 35 days finally 60 days maximum .

It is now over 80days. They do not reply to email complaint, they have blocked me on Facebook refuse to answer on Instagram. I get nothing but lies

Suggested solution:

Refund my money like you promised
