My complaint:
WinRed took $35.00 from my account without authorization. This was done on 1182020. They said it was a computer error and I would get a refund within 7 to 10 days. I have not received my refund and they never asked for my information so I don’t know how they know who I am and my account information. I called them again for the 3rd time and they hung up on me. Therefore, I am filing this complaint.
Suggested solution:
I want my $35,00 returned to me asap.
