WinRed complaint: Refusal to cancel recurring donation

My complaint:

I willfully signed up for recurring donations of $50. I decided to cancel after 3 donations and did what was requested. Replies of we have no record, even though they provide all my info in their answer when I only provide name. Since then they have taken another $50. I want this to be cancelled and I want all of my funds refunded
