My complaint:
Example: Donate today to get your free MAGA hat! So, I donate and get NO hat! Next … donate today and become I VIP member and even made donation recurring … then never get acknowledged as being a VIP member! Even Todays email asking me to become a VIP member … whoever is managing this fundraiser must be a Democrat cause you damn sure don’t do what you say! This is my last donation until you provide the bullshit you put out!

Why should I expect anything ... if you did what you say the first time there would be no reason to make a complaint....
