My complaint:
Called pharmacy about records for myself and twin brother being merged into one on the Eforsce system. Was told they are too busy and short staffed to assist me. In the State of Florida, a pharmacist is the only person who can rectify this through Eforsce system. We are twins with the same birth date and last name and are not trying to throw blame just wanted it resolved. They said they prefer a physician to call and in the state of Florida, it must be a pharmacy. We need immediate resolution and need someone to contact us immediately. I am sitting here on hold with WD and the clerk will not provide her name, simply said hold on after requesting to speak to pharmacist.
Suggested solution:
Eforsce needs to be corrected immediately and a phone call to myself to verify this has been done.
