My complaint:
called in a refill to your automated system. system said it would be ready by 1. went in next day and was told they did not have a prescription. when i advised i called the system and what i was told the pharmacist told me well thats an automated system i was told if i wanted the medicine they didnt have it and it wouldnt be in till saturday (after calling your system monday) apparantly your system does not advise the pharmacists of anything and is totally useless OR your employees are just lazy (i am voting for lazy) I am having Publix take over all prescriptions my family has. BTW Publix tells me Winn dixie Apollo beach rarely answers their phone. I know for a fact that WD Ruskin NEVER answers their phone You have big problems
Suggested solution:
Fix your systems and your employees. An attitude change would be terrific. This is not the first time I have had this problem but it will be the last
I suggest you see if your state has a board of pharmacy complaints system, most states do. Do a google search for your state and pharmacy complaints and file your complaint where it will actually make a real difference. If you can’t guess I’m in the process of doing exactly that. The more people who complain the more likely something will be done.
