My complaint:
I received the wrong order two nights ago (the 7th) that was delivered through the app. By the time the food got to me it was also cold. I have messaged through the app twice, and no one has responded to me. I am waiting for someone to reach out to me to resolve the issue. I would like a refund for the completely wrong and cold order. My order was 1777606917.
