My complaint:
I went there to get information I needed to give to other company who is doing a background check on me. The check is to see my work ethic am I still at the job etc..
There was no one there to help. The General Manager said she had to get the District Manager approval. I left my information with her because she is new and said she had to erase everyone out the computer. It’s been 4 days and haven’t heard both from nobody. They also never answer the phone all day.
Suggested solution:
To give the General Manager access to the District Manager phone number. For a person that does not know what to do when asked about important information that an employee need the GM should have access. The phone should not just ring all day it should be answered just in case.
