My complaint:
I arrived to pick up my order the first guy was polite but couldn’t find my order so he went and got a guy named Dakota and he was rude I showed him a screenshot of my order and he said that’s a screen shot can you pull up your actual order so I did he then rudely tells me this order was made at 3:38 that was hours ago so you aren’t getting anything started to walk away I said it was a pre order for 6:30 and he replied well it’s not showing up for us a shrugged I’m like I already paid for it so I sat down and as I sat down he rudely yells it just showed up so you can wait then turned his back. I sat down at first then went outside for a few because I was angry at how rude he was and didn’t want to create a seen, I came back in sat down they called me to grab my order and I politely grabbed my order and ask the girl giving it to me what that guys name was and she told me but looked like she was nervous to do so so not sure if he was the supervisor. At no time was a rude to this man and I did what he asked to prove I made an order and the fact that the time I wanted to pick up my order was right above the time I placed the order I don’t understand his hostility towards me at all. I go to this location a lot and I’ve never felt so disrespected ever. I feel that he should take a class on customer service really look at the order placed before telling someone they made the order hours ago so they get nothing or to even have that kind of response to any customer period. No I didn’t get video of his attitude because I was to busy trying to show him I did place an order.
Suggested solution:
I would appreciate if he would get better training on how to treat customers. I’m not out to get anyone fired but accountability for his actions are required before he costs the company customers.
