My complaint:
Waited over 30 minutes for my order, missing my add 5 boneless wings, order two 6 piece classics, wings were dry, and the employees stated after I received my garlic parm that they had no cheese! To top it off they had no ice in the machine. Spoke to manager Angela and she processed my refund 4/13 @ 3:12pm. It is 4/ 23 and still have not received any refund.
Suggested solution:
Refund my order. Still waiting on my refund.
