My complaint:
My boyfriend went to wingstop to buy 2 orders of 7 wings one for me one for him. When he got home, he realized that his order of wings was not put in the bag. I got my order of wings but he didn’t. Of course this made him upset. I don’t want to make wingstop in general look bad but this incident was very upsetting. My boyfriend told me the store was packed. I understand it’s not easy to make orders during a rush as I worked fast food before so I know it’s pressure to work during a rush. However I feel like that is not an excuse to misplace an order. Again I’m not trying to slander this wingstop I just wanted to make this known as I feel like something like this shouldn’t be let slide.
Suggested solution:
Either give us a refund for the wings we never got or give us free wings the next time we come. And also have a word with your employees so they will remember to check if they put everything in the bag.
