My complaint:
My daughter placed her order at 1:16 Order Number 10004
I arrive to pick it up. It is one Hispanic customer in front of me being helped by a tall Hispanic man at the register, so I get behind him. Shortly afterwards a Hispanic lady comes to the register and a Hispanic man walks through the door. She immediately helps him. I look up at the sign that says Pick Up where they are, so since I’m picking up my daughters order, I get out of line and stand behind the man.
Suddenly, more customers come in. One Hispanic customer asks if I’m in line, I tell him yes.
The lady then finished with the other customer and goes to the Hispanic man that’s next to me and starts to assist him.
I immediately say WOW. She asks Oh where you here before him? I tell her I was here before him and the other guy you helped, but since you don’t want to help me, don’t worry about it. I’ll wait on someone else to assist me.
A few minutes later, another Hispanic male comes and asked what was my order. I told him my daughters name and phone number, and he claims he could not find it. After me having to call my daughter and ask what she ordered, I informed the employee again and then he found her order with her phone number, I paid for my order and then left.
Makes me wonder if I was ignored because I was not Hispanic.
To make matters worse, when I got home, I called to speak with the manager and informed him what happen, and he said OH I REMEMBER YOU, and says hmmm sorry.
Way to go Wingstop!! Great Customer Service from the employees all the way up to the manger. I’ll definitely be passing the word on to family and friends.
Suggested solution:
Training for employees and supervisors, a real apology would have been nice. . It really doesn’t matter because I will not give this location my business ever again.
