My complaint:
I normally love this place, but I ordered today online and when I picked it up it wasn’t ready yet even though it was passed the time. Then the chicken didn’t seemed completely cooked. It was soggy and rubbery.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund or a free 8 piece chicken for next time.
