My complaint:

ive already sent a complaint in via email and no one has contacted me so that should tell you this store is pathetic. ive had a bad experience with a manager when I had a delivery and they forgot my pop. manager was rude and condescending and said would credit my account and never did. another time, the last time I will go there…… I ordered online to pick up. went to pickup it looked like they were closed. no customers and the tables chairs all up on the table. I opened the door and saw a girl at the counter and told her I had an order to pickup. she asked my name said it ill be done in a couple minutes and said I can bring it out to you if you want. I said sure since I was parked right in front of the front doors. waited 25-30 minutes and went in to see what the problem was since I had already waited that time before I came. I was like did you forget about me? she said yes and started laughing….. never apologized , just thought it was funny as hell. well, I didn’t think it was so funny and my food was cold. wont be back. if that’s the kind of employees you have then no thank you. I will go down the street to buffalo wild wings. you lost a loyal customer because of your bad staff

Suggested solution:

they should refund my food since it was cold and also the time before was never refunded for a pop I didn't get. horrible place
