My complaint:
I was trying to change my withdrawal method online in chat and the customer service agent Kat discriminated against me and people with mental health closing my account down immediately and not letting withdraw so after complaints and getting now where with William bill they are still holding onto £300 of my funds they have stole from me as they won’t reopen my account so I can withdraw it
Suggested solution:
By opening my account so I can withdraw what is rightfully mine instead of them discriminating against me and stealing my money
