My complaint:

So I come into wild horse pass like I do every night I drive an hour to play hear and I go to the kiosk to print out my players card since I forgott it and I put my identification in the machine after the young lady before me was done and I get approached by the head of security she asked for my identification when I. Turned around and the machine stated unable to read card …..she’s insisting that I have more than one identification so I emptied my pockets in front of her and the security , the head of security stated that the identification was not me and walked away with my identification and has had me waiting for almost an hour waiting for my identification.

I spend a lot of money hear to be harassed like this and I showed her my wallet with more than one credit card with my name on it …to be treated like this is unacceptable to be frank and I will no longer be coming to this establishment in the future there are pleanty of other establishments that value my business and respect there patrons
