My complaint:
This is the second time in a row that I received old dried burgers with dried onions and hard around the edges bread. Do you know how hard it is to eat your sandwich while peeling away the hard edges? I was one of your biggest customers but the value of the food is going down and the prices are going up. I hate to let you go White Castles(☹) but I am losing my money.
This picture is the result of peeling away the hard bread and eating what’s left.
Suggested solution:
Try to figure out a way how not to sell dried out Burgers and hard bread. That would be great.
