Whirlpool complaint: Whirlpool KitchenAid oven glass keeps arriving broken after a month

Inner glass on upper oven of electric double oven (Kitchen Aid). Exploded during self cleaning cycle. Oven less than 6 months old. Warranty work company unable to get an intact replacement glass after 4 attempts. Been without my oven close to 1 month over a simple glass replacement. Totally unacceptable since part coming from Whirlpool facility. Very unhappy customer.
I am very close to asking for a total replace on the oven. This is ridiculous. I need replacement glass expedited and intact upon arrival to service center. Surely someone can secure a piece of glass for safe arrival.
