My complaint:
I went to the drive thru at the Whataburger at 9:15 10mins away from my house. Got Home with wrong order. I called up to Whats burger spoke with Douglas. I asked to please have it ready for when I go up there so I would have to wait again. Had big show at the speaker. asked me 5 times if I wanted a remake or money back. At this point yes I had a attitude. Who would spent a whole hour trying to feed my family wasted gas. asked them for fresh food. They told me to park in the front of restaurant. To let everyone else get there food. No one else was in front of me at this point received my second remade food. (That was not fresh). An hour later at 10:30 had to go back home 10 mins away with non fresh food. They didn’t want to give me my receipt. Acted like they threw it in the trash proceeded to look in trash Can to hand me the receipt. So I could take a picture of my receipt. That they never asked for in the first place. Then they said we need the receipt back now. So I had to take a picture
Suggested solution:
Give me a gift card to another place or at least train the whataburger to handle the situation better. I spoke with two manager there. And they both sounded like it was my fault they gave me the wrong food
