My complaint:
I am writing this letter to bring to your attention that I am NOT satisfied with your quality
Of services provided at the Princeton Texas Whataburger located at [803 W Princeton Dr
Princeton, Texas 75407] This incident occurred August 1, 2021, where one of your employees was having a problem with the tea and asked for help from his coworkers and imaging to my disbelief that instead of helping this kid who is on the autism spectrum disorder. They decided to take out their phones and record this situation and laugh at him as the young man told them to stop. Another thing is a few of your employees dared to post it on the web. But What upsets me, even more, is that one of your managers was one of many people who took part in this situation of laughing and talking on her phone. Instead of fixing the problem.
I have been a regular client for many years but now I am completely disappointed. I expect a good work environment where everyone should feel safe and work professionally. The only thing I request is that you address this issue with immediate attention.
