My complaint:
I have placed two orders on the App. The first order i went to get my order and there was a note on the door that the place was closed for maintenance. The following day i placed my order and whataburger was closed without any notice. I called the number on app, they said i would get my refund and they could not let me get order at a different location. Still have not received my money back. I have spoken to two managers and seven other phone representatives. the last manager i spoke to said i was being punished for making so many phone calls to them. I have every single person i spoke with and the amount of time i have spend on making phone calls–I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY BACK! WHATABURGER IS A THEIF!!!
Suggested solution:
GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!! INTREST AND THE TIME I HAVE SPEND ON TRING TO GET MY MONEY BACK!
