Whataburger complaint: Store manager being hostile

My complaint:

Drove through the drive through at round rock whataburger and manager was super rude to me cussed me out and was very hostile. My daughter and i were very terrified through the experience. He kept reaching out the window cussing me out telling me to get the fk out of here. He seemed to have lashed out due to a bad day or something. However that is no excuse to treat someone that way. I Had to call the round rock police and still got over charged for my order, his opinion of my ordered should have not caused such an issue. The expectations of a store manager should not include violence. Highly disappointed on the way we were treated today. The entire staff seemed to encourage his wild behavior. I see why they didn’t know how to handle the situation any better. I have worked for whataburger in my past and treating our customers in that manner is beyond unacceptable.

Suggested solution:

Manager should be retrained and removed from position, professionalism and respect lacked highly. These are the people you chose to represent your store. My order was still wrong but just left after talking to the police due to the fact that me and my daughter were so scared. I really thought he was going to reach out the window to hit me after he cussed at me. I have video to post online if this does not get resolved, my daughter and I deserve a apology for such behavior. It is unfortunate people like this are places in management roles. No one deserves to be treated this way.
