Whataburger complaint: Slow and rude

My complaint:

I placed an order today @7:45 am for hash browns and a sausage, cheese and egg biscuit. 15 minutes later, everyone who arrive after behind me had their food (they had 2 lanes waiting for food. Collecting the money was no problem. The rude girl with red in her hair and a huge attitude did it right away. But I got the feeling I was never going to get my food and I was going to be late for work. So I walk in the restaurant and ask for my money back, this same rude young woman looked at me and ignored my request. Then she helped the person at the front desk waiting. It’s clear they don’t want to help anyone who is not black. Another one asked me what I needed and then turned around and walk away. Finally after standing there for a couple minutes, an older nice lady came out from the back to refund my money. Not one single I’m sorry came out of anyone’s mouth, nor anyone try to give me my food either. I already had a very poor opinion about this location, now is ed. Will never go back again, just letting you know in case someone cares!

Suggested solution:

They should apologize for the delay and forgetting about me. At least pretend like they give a crap instead of ignoring me. Better management is required at this location.
