My complaint:
I ordered my food and was sent a message that it would be delivered by 6:40 pm. At 7:00 pm I got a text message that it had been delivered. I never received my food and at which time I tried calling the store. I called for 30 minutes with no answer. I got dressed and drove to the store to inquire about my order. The store manager was rude and abusive towards me and said the delivery driver picked up and that she didn’t know who it was. She took my order again and after waiting 30 minutes for it I got up to check the status. I was told that I never placed the second order. Well, here I am no food for another 30 minutes!!!! And out of the delivery fee and tip money. They won’t even call me back to refund me.
