My complaint:

My family had already purchased food and sat down in the lobby to eat at 10:30pm. We are halfway done with our meal when the manager comes and tells us the lobby is closed, that we need to pack up our food and finish it in our car. I have never been treated this poorly at an establishment. You do not kick out customers that have already sat down and are eating. She wouldn’t even let us get refills. Absolutely poor service. Plus, we have ate in the lobby past 11pm MANY times, including the very week before.

Suggested solution:

Reprimand the manager. She was EXTREMELY rude and hateful.
