My complaint:
We visited Whataburger on the way to Houston in Orange Texas. When ordering our food the cashier was rude when asked what is on the new Whatachicken Pico de Gallo, she responded Its listed on the sign. When given our large cups, there were no large straws. When we asked if there are any large straws, she responded Are there any at the drink station? No then we must be out.
We love Whattaburger, but we may skip this location if this is tolerated.
Suggested solution:
Please move her from customer interaction, or correct her people skills.
