My complaint:

Today it took 25 minutes to get order in drive thru window. This makes the third time in three months that service has been poor. The young people are very kind, it’s really poor management, staff training to provide better customer service. I have been coming to Whatburger since a child, it about the only hamburger I’ll eat. May lose me as a customer soon.

Suggested solution:

Better management and staff training. Also how to move customers quickly in slow and peak time. This is a fast food service and should reflect that in training.
