My complaint:

This was my very first experience at the restaurant, the food didn’t meet my expectations and I spoke with the manager and she refused to fix the issue, very humiliated and embarrassed

Suggested solution:

Humiliation, pain and suffering and embarrassment, I have reached out several times but no response
