My complaint:
We had a large order 5 burger meals, 2 kids meals and 5 apple pies. We did an online order and went to store to pick it up. When we ot to our car we checked the order and there were only butgers and kids chicken strips no fries, no pies and no kids cookies. Went back in with order and counter staff were rude and acted like it was everyone elses fault. Had to wait 10 minutes to get order right. Then our burgers were cold and our now fresh fries were extremely salty.
Suggested solution:
They need to pay better attention when they are bagging the orders and not be rude to people when they come back in to get their order right especially when we paid $69.69 for our food.
