My complaint:
We waited in line for over an hour after traveling thirty minutes to try Whataburger. When we got our food it was cold and our drinks were soda water instead of what we ordered. We caught someone outside who was nice and refilled our drinks. But that also tasted like water so we just gave up and bought drinks from across the street. My experience was horrible. The burgers were so cold the cheese wouldn’t even melt. The best thing about my meal was the cookie which was pre-packaged.
Suggested solution:
I would like a refund. Or a gift card to use at a different location.
