Whataburger complaint: Food not Cooked to Order as they said

My complaint:

On 5/23/23, I drove quite a ways to restaurant and requested that my meal be cooked fresh because I am dieting and I wanted it fresh bc I was using up all my calories to eat there for the day. The lady that took my order assured me that the food was always cooked to order and that I didn’t need to request it. My food was actually fresh good.
So, I went back on 5/28/23 and ordered but didn’t ask for it to be cooked fresh (bc she told me not to) and my meat on my burger was not at all hot and my no salt fries were overcooked. Plus, I received bad customer service from Cheyenne at the window. I called and spoke to Mgr Jorden (who was very nice) told me to come back and they’d Re-do my order. I drove 30 minutes back there on today 6/4/23 waited in line for 40 mins before order was even taken! I explained the situation and again the lady taking orders outside in the drive thru lane assured me that everything would be cooked fresh bc they had 5 people working in there today. Well, I got my food and pulled over into the parking lot to eat it and the burger AGAIN was not hot evidently not cooked to order and my no salt fry had salt on them. It’s very disappointing to try to patronize Whataburger and they simply will not honor my request. I could’ve paid my $10-$12 elsewhere.
I will not be recommending anyone to eat there.
